ince its formation as one of the earlier language club on campus the French Club has sought to encourage an in– terest in French culture. Movies, travelogue , skits and folk inging at the meeting have stimulated this interest. The club was influential in establishing the new Inter– national Language Society thi year and has participated in all its affairs. Weekly luncheons - at which only "pure French" was spoken, of course--were also held by a small group of the better linguists this year. 651 President Vice President Secreft~ry Trettsurer AdL'isors french club ROW I A BROW N T BEBEL P SOM MER M FERRARI B CA:IL J THOMAS ROW 2 L WORSTER C ALOI A GIU NTA D SHEFFIELD M BOTTI NO M ROUNDS K HALEY P PAGLIA V GIARUSSO W KRIEGSMAN MR KETCHAM MARY A ' F ERRARI PHYLLIS SOMMER THE RESA BE BEL L ROY WOR TE R MR.
