Henry Robertus, Jr. Master Sergeant Commandant of Cadets East Color Guard Tearn Salutes American Flag The members of the R.O.T.C. color guard team raise and lower the flog at East high . This duty is performed on a weekly rotation basis. In addition to this ceremony, the color guard performs at functions such as PTA meet– ings, assemblies, athletic events and instruc– tion periods at neighboring' elementary a nd junior high schools. The members of the color guard hold meet– ings two times a week before school. These meetings ore held for drill and business pur– poses . This year's color guard commander is Cap– tain Mitchell Wilkowski. The assistant com– mander is Mj Sgt. Don Gibson . Raising t he flag are members of the color guard, left to right : M/ Sgt.
