"Because of the new rooms being on the second floor, we are limited to the classroom; we have no courtyard," explained Sarah Pennington, a sophomore who attended her second year of drawing at SPHS. The new rooms, 215 and 216, created a clean and comfortable atmosphere for many of the students. "Because of the many windows, the kids have the lighting they need to work in," stated Mrs. Jill East, a ten year teacher of 3-D Design, Art History and Ceramics at SPHS.
