Very much surprised! Jim Mabrey stands stunned, while being congratulated for being tapped Hero. Smile pretty! The cheerleaders and their Hero pose to record an unforgettable memory. Are you serious? Varsity Cheerleader Hero- lim Mabrey Incredible Hero Caught by Surprise As the Varsity Cheerleaders marched through the halls singing, they added to the excitement of everyone around. Jim Mabrey stood, watching. "They paraded around the school letting everyone know that they were going to tap their Hero. They pranced by me. When Stephanie broke from the group, hugged me, and then placed a letter around my neck, I thought I would die. Then the other girls crowded around me, giving me gifts and hugs," commented Jim. Overjoyed and surprised, Jim spent the year getting to know all the cheerleaders individually, and attended every event the girls were involved in. "Jim has been an incredible Hero. He's there for us at every moment, and always had us laughing," commented Kira Scherer. "Being their Hero added a lot of joy to my final year of high school.
