Why We Slip On Banana Peels and Get Hurt We are a universe of misguided souls - struggling to free ourselves from the chains of responsibility that weigh us down. Our hearts are heavy. We thirst for a greatness that can not be quenched for we are only specks of sand in the vast desert of our cosmos. This is our past . This is our present. But the future beckons us. We shall be the catalyst for a revolution in the thought process of our race. No longer will we be incarcerated by social pressures, puppets of our forbearers, but instead, liberated individuals, we must dig deep within ourselves to find inner strength - strive to be free thinkers - dedicate ourselves to the cultivation of our minds - seek pleasure in the simpler aspects of our lives. This is the path we must pursue.
