Program Planning and Chri tian Life Conference have given this Tri·Hi-Y the opportunity to see how clubs in Georgia carry on their business and to meet friends. Cohi donates $100 for polio. Repeating a familiar scene are these members of the Cohi Tri– Hi-Y. They are busily collecting money for the Walk-a-thon to keep CH ahead and by their help CHS won. Member of this group were seen everywhere collecting on that very rainy day. President- Pat CaUl. They have tepped right in to take over the club from the eniors Ia t year and have participated fully in service throughout the home, ~chool and community. To fill their trea ury, these freshmen girls began the year by hav– ing cake sales at two local department store . Half of the 59 member baked cake and cookie to ell and the r ult wa 55. ome of thi money i pent monthly to upport their orphan through the Fo ter Parent ' Plan. From picture and letter from their little French girl, there has grown a fondne s for Christiane. This club al o carrie on a ery valuable service in Columbu _ Each Monday a group conducts a dramatics cia at the Girl' Club. The member collected money in the rain and donated to polio. This fir t-year Tri-Hi-Y i certainly creating, maintaining and extending high tandard of Chri tian character. ( 167 )
