CHS was excited over the new principal and now it' excited over the work that he has clone. Dr. John Dea on came to our school and through faith in us has guided CH to growth in pre tige. He initiated sys· tern of parking and regi tration which are now recognized a improvement brought about by thought. Plant and grass have been given for the school grounds. Student hold more re ponsibility this year, and pride in CH has developed a rising school spirit. Aiding Dr. Deason are Mr. Wayne Renegar, Miss Mary Alice Arnold and Mr. Herman Dollar. Mr. Renegar, Dean of Boys, came to CHS from Southwest DeKalb High chool. Be ides his job as Dean of Boys, Mr. Rene· gar i seen around school policing the lunch line and taking care of tragglers and evaders of CHS school rules. Mi Mary Alice Arnold, As i tant Principal, is alway busy, but she find time every Tuesday morning to act a adviser of the Student Council. She also conducts a three– forty cla s for tudents who are late to chool. Able advi er to all is Mr. Herman Dollar. Hi aid is e pecially helpful in a i Ling enior to decide future plans.
