200 Tracksters Sprint Toward Victory Track requires its runners to have great mental power. it's participants must have a positive outlook of himself. Sometimes during a close race the winner is determined by who has the stronger will to win. The building up of this mental confidence is what our track team practices. The track team then focus their energies on winning. When they are on the track their main goal is to break the white tape.
