Cardinal High School 1982 Yearbook (Eldon, IA) - Full Access

Student Council consists of three representatives, one alternate from each class and the AFS student. The Student Council is responsible for meeting the needs of the student body as well as organizations, fundraisers and dances. This year they sponsored the Christmas film "PSYCHO" for all the students that wanted to attend. The Student Council is also in charge of organizing the Homecoming Dance and the Sweetheart Ball. The school year ends with an STUDENT COUNCIL "Almost Anything Goes." This is where students from each class participates in wild races and contests. 1.
