Stude11t Cou11cil The Student Council of Windfall High School is a member of the National Association of Student Councils. They have been a member of this organization for about four years. Some of the duties of the Student Council are planning all of the Homecoming activities, award da}, and approving all organizations that may be started in the High School. They have also spon – sored clean-up day for the past three years and have helped with the assembly programs .
