90 The new member of the National Honor Society are: Maria Karns 1 Cindy Hancock 1 Phyllis Kuhn 1 Bob Plante 1 Paul Simpson, Nick Dinkel, Stephanie Stewart, Diane Engborg and Brenda Hake. NINE NEW MEMBERS INITIATED INTO N.H.S. Character, scholarship 1 leader- ship, and Service make up the four basic principles of National Honor Society. To be a member 1 the student must have displayed each of these in his school and community. The stu- dents are chosen by teachers and initiated by the old members. They must try to uphold these four basics in all they do. The leaders of today will be the leaders of to- morrow. National Honor Society is a spe- cial organization designed to rec- ognize those students who have shown leadership throughout high school.
