This was the second year Carroll County has participated in the Mock Trial competition. They defeated three teams before losing to Richmond Model, the defending state champions. In preliminary competition, Carroll defeated Campbell County. In first round action, they defeated Coving– ton Catholic . Carroll County won a close match against Calvary Chris– tian In the second round . They were defeated by Richmond Model.
