.ohn Way reads the rules of " being killed" 1Jfing the Ghost-out. Keeping Drivers Safe and Sober SADD Efforts Grow SADD is a popular c lub at the Carroll County High School. Our chapter consists of about fifty people, and it costs two dollars to join. The purpose of the club is to keep kids from drinking and driving, or riding with a drunk driver. The basis of this club is the " Contract for Life ." Th is is a contract between a teen and their parents prom– ising never to drink and drive. SADD has participated in many activities. They have g iv– en out red ribbons for Red Rib– bon Week . They also spon– sored the seat belt sign-up campaign, and they put Vince and Larry in the Tobacco Fes– t ival parade.
