46 Raker Receives Scouting Award Adam Raker was recently promoted as an Ea– gle Scout, an honor that only 1% of Boy Scouts can hope to achieve. In order to receive this award, Adam worked for six years and obtained 21 merit badges. As a Community Service proj– ect, he chose to renovate the memorial war can– non on the courthouse lawn. The cannon is a reminder of the citizens of Carroll County that have given their lives In past wars . Adam shows off the finished product.
