Extracurricular activitie included the Herculean feat of cleaning the gym after dances and chool function . Pour 400 can of noodle into 30 ()'allons of water; add 3 pound of alt and tir gently. With enormou recipe and. energy to match, the cafeLeria worker , headed by Mr . Ruth Byrd, planned and cooked food for over 2,000 hungry Viking . Morning hour were pent in preparation of food for the three hifts of studenls; the cooks included variety and nutrition in each lunch. To celebrate the easonal holiday , the staff erved turkey at Thanksgiving and Christma and added holiday candy to meals near Hallo' een and Easter.
