C.H.S. Faculty Is Reserved For After School Teachers are human, too! Every time a student makes that discovery he thinks he has come up with a great new truth. A few fortunate souls whose mothers or sisters or uncles are teachers have an earlier exposure to this startling fact. They know that teachers aren't eternally devising ways to inake life difficult for students, that they usually have many outside interests. Students are sometimes unfortunate in not being able to see the other side of their teachers. In school they observe only the side that gives "pop" quizzes, assigns term papers, or tells you to get moving when you're just waiting for a friend to walk to class with. Two good examples of these outside interests are the faculty play and the donation of some teachers' time to keep the Goodie Shop open during its owner's illness. 53
