Tri-H-Y Participates in Governlllent The Girls' Athletic Association sparked an in- terest in athletics in many of CBS's outgoing girls. They put in time outside of the regular physical education clas e in order to learn more skills in gymnastics and to take part in such sports as bowling, volleyball, and swimming in Hillsdale. The Tri-Hi-Y Club is a service organization concerned with the betterment of the greater Coldwater Community. Directed by Mrs. Lori, the club ha launched such worthwhile projects as food and clothing drive , candy sales, and camp out . As in year before, selected girls from the club attend the Michigan State Youth Legis- lature at Lan ing. Three days are spent at the capital, girls playing the roles of young senators and legi lators. The girls amend and pass laws.
