Talent finds outlet • 1n Overtones. Co-Editors Pete Dodge and Mark Adams, seated; Jean Gallagher, Elsa Roberts, Laurie Beuh– ler, Karen Seashore, Marcia Kahn, Jean Litow, Betsy Wagman. Overtones, Ann Arbor High's literary magazine, has been greatly expanded and improved this year. The magazine provides an outlet for those students who have creative talent and at the same time gives the student body a publication of literary merit. This year a new approach has been taken. Instead of two issues the entire year's work has been com- piled into one larger magazine. Manuscripts of interest in the fields of science, social studies, and foreign language have been added to the material eligible for the publication along with the usual poetry, prose, and short stories. The art section has also been enlarged and photography was added this year. Many of the poems and essays are accompan– ied by outstanding illustrations. Art Editor Karen Braun, seated; Emmy Briggs, Judy Snider, Vera Colaro, Nancy Williams, Kate Bernd, Cathy Browder.
