This includes college, university pre– paratory, general, and business students. For those who do not plan to go to col– lege after graduation but wish to pre– pare for a job, three curriculums are available: stenographic, general office, or retailing. "The stenographic curriculum is de– signed to help the student prepare for a job as stenographer or secretary. "The general office curriculum is set up to help the student prepare to be a typist, office clerk, bookkeeper, or gen– eral office worker. ''The retailing curriculum is offered to help prepare the student for a job in clerking, store management or general salesmanship. "College preparatory students often take business courses as electives. Courses most popular are typing and accounts with many electing Everyday Law and Personal F inance."
