A Bright Future Awaits Them The June class of 1968 started off its senior year by electing class officers. The election was one of lively competition in which David Domzal won the presidency with Arliss Ryan as vice-president, Maxine Martin as recording sec– retary, Bev Denison as corre– sponding secretary and Mike Pet– erson as treasurer. Graduation is a11 importallf part of a high school se11ior's life. Probably the lo11gest time i11 a student's life to endure is the waiti11g for his diploma. /11 this shot the ba11d leads the seniors to their final meeting of fellow classmates a11d their fa~·orite faculty members. The first step that the ·officers took was the setting up of the different committees and getting the senior class in action. The next step was to plan the activities for the class and to get the plans for these outings on their way. Some of the activities that were planned were the senior-faculty game, the slave auction and a trip to Cedar Point. Another project that was held to help finance these activities was the sale of senior candy and tootsie rolls. Mr. George Do11aldso11 presents a farewell speech to the grad– uating class of June, 1968.
