Gymnasts Compete in First Regional Meet at Jean Carlton. The girls' extramural gymnastics team, coached by Mrs . Bonita Pertler and assisted by Mrs. June Hodell, completed their fir t year of participation at the regional gymnastics meet at Carlton. Competing in the meet were Chris Ballack, Sue Niemi, and Jean Cold– well on the uneven parallel bars, Desiree Lopez and Barb Spurlin in floor exerci e, and JoAnn Schimdt on the balance beam.
