He was an ardent and enthusiastic participator in both football and basketball. He sought not those just known for their earthly status,butwish– ed to be a friend of manyo •So that my life be brave, what though not long?" Never a braggart,mannerly and quiet were high tributes acknowledged to ·be part of Ronald's character. He showed a quality of understanding in both social studies and English. If he was firmly convinced concerning some ideal or truth, he was not afraid to defend these convictions. Kindness and calmness were certainly a part of his personality. .. ·.• ... ·.- . . ,.
