Th~ officers of rhe board this year are 1 r. Edw-ard Bdton and Mr. idnty Ktrschm, pre ident and ice-pre ident re pectively. Mr. Britton i erving a president for the econd ucces iva year. The approaching problem of ·eeking to provide adequate high school facilities to meet an increasing tudem population i being complicat~d by the immediate problem ot a llck of pace for elementary school pupils. Additional cla sroom for elementary school tudent will need to be provided sooner than for high sch.ool pupils. Our board of education, during the past year, participated in the co-operattve project on the study of Educational Admini tration. School di trict were organized into groups. Our group included Pitman, Haddon Heights and Freehold. Similar studie were con– ducted on a regional basis throughout the United tate and 1) to 20 Je~ding Universities served a headquarters for the variou regions. Changes in the board personnel include Mr. John Gilheany, who was eleaed to a full three year term after completing the unexpired term of Mr. Phillip Moonan, and Mr. Russell Templeman, who replaced Mr. Thomas Carter. Mr. Carter chose not to run for another term because of pressing bu ine s commirment
