Choirs Sings to a Different Tune Singing brings out the life in everybody. The students in Del Norte's chorus are talented and love to sing. Mr. Uerling the choir direc– tor says the chorus has improved from the beginning of the year and especially from last year. The chorus class includes the Mixed, Concert, Treble, and the Show choirs. The Show choir is a new addition to the ( chorus. The show choir is a mixture of dancing and signing. They work before and after school to practice their rou– tines. The Show choir isn't the only choir to practice their routines during their own time, so does the Mixed choir, Treb– le choir, and Concert choir. These choirs sometimes practice during lunch for up- Chorus 101 ~""'"""'""'~ coming concerts and perform– ances. The students in the chorus say that they love to learn new and dif– ferent songs. When you are in cho– rus you must be willing to work to– gether and get along with others. The students get along and like working together and that is why the Chorus is best.
