Part of the Work Force Vica is an education club that gives students an oppor– tunity to prepare themselves for what lies ahead in the world of work and possible careers. The VICA-CAD is sponsored by Don Hicks. The Vocational Industrial Clubs of America are divided into two separate groups: I.C.T. and C.A.D.I.C.T. ICT stands for Industrial Coop- · erative Training. Members spend their time working part time jobs in skill related oc– cupations. It helps to develop the ability of students to plan to– gether, organize, and carry out our worthy activities and pro– jects out to the community through the use of the dem– ocratic process. That's what VICA is all about-training students to be good workers through a partnership with employers.
