Jade Miller Sally Shaw Boys' State Boy's are selected from every part of Nevada to attend Clear Creek Youth Camp and become a citi– zen of Boy's State. During our stay we learned how the Government works. We discussed and voted on resolutions made by committees . Each day was a learning ex– perience in the conduct of our Government on State, County or local level. We enjoyed going very much. It was a real honor. We met many new people and made some great friends. Girls' State On the Day of June lOth a whole new experience started for us at Girls State, Which was held at the Clear Creek Youth Camp. We learned about our State and local Govern– ment. We were very grateful for the opportunity to go to Girls State. It meant a great deal to us and we learned a lot and made a lot of friends.
