or Shine North 40, Ithaca 0--0ct. 25 North's firs t tally was on o pass from Hogan to Johnston to Petro, who took it on the 25- yord line and dashed into the end zone. Wil– son converted. Hanifin ron a punt bock 65 yards for another tally. Other T.D.s were scored by Hogan, Johnston, Bullock and Petro. Hanifin got two points on plunges and Barnes scored one. North 26, Central 6-Nov. 1 8,000 fans turned out to see this traditional game. Centro! scored in the first quarter to lead 6 -0. North came back in the second when Petro crashed over from the 1-yard line. Hani– fin converted. Half-time, North 7 -Centro I 6. North scored again in the third period when Petro went over from the 3 and Wi Ison con– verted. In the fourth, Hanifin went off left tackle for another tally. Hogan intercepted a Bulldog pass and ran to the one, where he was tackled. A pass from Hogan to Garbarino in the end zone completed the T. D. North 6, Johnson City 6- Nov. 8 This all - important game was fought on a battlefield of snow and slush. In the first period J .C. scored a touchdown on o march from our 23-yard line. J-ohnston smeared the extra point attempt. In the third, Deinhardt recovered o J.C. fumble on North's 33. Hanifin took it to the 41; Petro to the 48. Hanifin again went to J .C.'c 44; Petro to the 34. Kenny Wi Ison broke loose and went over for the T.D. Hogan's conversion was stopped.
