'Baseball This year Coach Nichols has built his team around six lettermen from last year's nine. The mainstays in– clude Buck Roche, John Donnelly, Vince Garbarino, Jack Ronk, Ron Ferrell and Mike Durkot. These men could form the nucleus of a championship team be– cause they hold down the key positions on the field, and so, with same strong support, North can be the team to beat this year. Vince Garbarino at first, Mike Durkat at short and John Donnelly and Ran Ferrell in the outer garden are a great resource. Along the hit– ting line Vince Garbarino paves the way with Roche and Donnelly fallowing through . Of course we must not forget the rookies on this year's squad. Making bids far position are Dick Crago, Ivan Shay, Wally Gow, Joe Giannetto and Jerry Durkot.
