lNarrior The Warrior staff, under the leadership of Mr. Charles Osborne, has worked diligently to complete the 1961 annual. Much of the credit for the completion of this year's book con be given to the editor-in-chief, Shirley Dunn. She has assumed the role as sole chief editor and the responsibilities of business and finances. Her right-hand assistant, Carlo Lawson, literary editor, was in charge of all literary work on the yearbook. Other members of the staff were: Diane Brownlow, layout editor; Christine Lawrence, senior editor; Beverly Agard typing editor; and Junior editors, Judy Carkner. corresponding secretory; and Charlene Harris, Art editor. The art and commercial depart– ments and Photography Club hove also helped a great deal in the yearbook's completion, All students working on the yearbook staff were given an opportunity to gain background and experience in journalism while performing a service to the school. They began layout work in the spring of 1960 and continued with articles and advertising in the fall. The yearbook is a pictorial view of all phases of education and life at Chenango Volley.
