The game is played by two teams of eleven men each, on a field similar to a foot– boll field. cv•s team is coached by Stanley Wilson and captained by Fred Donohoe and Tom Wiegele. Billa . D. Totman, J. Ross The Chenango Valley bowling team, which derives its membership from boys with good bowling ability, has a membership of twelve. Six of these boys compose the Varsity team, while the remaining half are on Junior Varsity. During the year there were ten interscholasti<;: matches played against five schools at two matches each. One match was played at the opponents' home alleys and the other at our home alleys. At the end of the season, Interscholastic League awards were presented to outstanding players. League Bowling took place on Mmdays or Tuesdays and practice sessions were held on Fridays. Soccer Golf ROW ONE: left to Right, R, Sprague, F. Banford ROW TWO: T. McKee, D. Rinker, B. Stiles When spring comes to the Valley, many Chenango Valley boys can be seen carrying their goIf clubs to the nearest greens.
