Jamieson he officers of the Senior Girls' Leaders Club for the year 1960-1961 were: Lee Gilmore, President; hirley Dunn, Vice President; Carole Vv11eeler, Secretory; Carlo Lawson, Treasurer; and Bonnie Blair, rogrom Chairman. Leaders Club contributes to the over-all physical well being of the members, de– elops desirable qualities of leadership promotes good sportsmanship, and creates a spirit of friendl i– ess and cooperation. The members took athletic port in varied athletic activities; such as, basket– all, volleyball , softball, and field hockey, which stressed teamwork and sportsmanship. Other ctivities that the members participated in this year included work on coot check at basketball ames, bake soles intramural officiating, and on annual picnic at Chenango Volley State Pork. ~rs. Johnson lunior Leaders' Club has been very successful in planning and carrying out their numerous activities his year. They worked on skill tests and written tests as port of the requirements for their new nembership program. This program shows the mental and physical abilities of the prospective nembers before entering the club. As port of the usual activities of the Junior Leaders Club, the nembers participated in hikes, intromurols and hove helped out with coot check during the bosket– >oll season. They were hostesses at the junior high basketball sports day for the triple cities, which vas held in the spring .
