THE BIG WHEELS For the second time C.V. drivers won first place in the annual Rodeo contest which was held at North High. Wallenbergh . 50 This year the C.V. Sr. Debate Club under the guidance of Harry C. Wallenbergh ore actively participating in debates with other area schools on the topic, Resolved: "That the U. S. should adopt the essential parts of the Bri tish educational system." This club offers the students an opportunity to become familiar with and practice the art of publ ic speaking .
