-- Board of Education Mr. James Wiley DIRECTOR OF PUPIL PERSONr EL SERVICE...S Mr. James Wiley received his B.A. de– gree from Union College, Kentucky and his M.A.V. in Educati on from Syracuse Uni– versity at which he has also completed thirty hours of g raduate work. Before coming to Maine-Endwell, Mr. Wiley worked as a teacher and principal in Kentucky. and as a libra rian a t Union– Endicott. He has served as principal of Hooper Elementary School and principal of End– well Junior High School each for eleven years. He is the first person to hold the recently created post o f Director of Pupil Personnel Services for Maine-Endwell. In this post, Mr. Wiley directs the activities in the areas of special service in the dis– trict such as speech. g uidance and schedul– ing, audio-visual, special education, and many others.
