ME 28- SV 6 Maine-Endwell outscored us with our only touchdown coming on a one-yard plunge by Jim Parotte. Bado's pass for the extra point failed. BAINBRIDGE 26 - SV 0 Our passing attack was unable to get off the ground, and our ground attack wasn't too effective either. We played hard in the second half. SV 26 -AFTON 0 The Sabers were too strong for Afton, with Bill Bado throwing touchdown passes to "Lefty" and Grant Snyder. Dave Hill and Dave Wagstaff also scored. WYALUSING 18 - SV 12 SV was outplayed in the first quarter, with Wyalusing scoring all of their points. Jim Parotte and Tom Whit– comb scored our touchdowns.
