The big thrill of the new school and the new drama club was pre- sented in the spring of 1957, the first three act play entitled "Seventeenth Summer. 11 Before this play, a one act play called "Sophie from Sandyville" was pre- sented. A new cast and talent composed the three act play called "Past Imperfect" in the fall of 1957. In the spring of 1958 another one act play, "The Lottery", was presented. Not only does the club center its ac- tivity around plays, but a group of members went to the Triple Cities Playhouse for tryouts.
