This year nineteen members including our two exchange students were elected into this organization in October. These students possess the qualities of scholarship, leadership, character, and service. A tea, to which both parents and faculty were invited, was held directly following the assembly in honor of the new inductees. Later a dinner and dance completed their initiation. Early in January the club enjoyed a swimming party. To maintain funds for the year their annual rummage sale was held. The officers of Chi Alpha were Norma Daubert, President; Frank Canto, Vice-President; Susan Miller, Secretary; and Maureen Collins, Treasurer.
