FOREWORD The staff of 1947 takes pleasurer in presenting our first printed yearbook. We hope this portrayal of our school life is evidence that we follow our emblem-"The Eagle." On this our first flight, we may not have soared to the top-most crag but we present our efforts in the spirit of D. C. S. To all who have supported this venture we extend our thanks.
