Distributive Educational Clubs of America DECA is an organization that prepares its members for careers in marketing, distribu– tion and retailing through realistic work oriented competitive events. This year, Liverpool had 29 trophy winners at the county competition on Jan. 9. These win– ners went on to the New York State DECA competition at the Concord Hotel in the Cat– skills.
