Some groups of LHS's Student Government in– clude the School-Wide Student Council, Student Cabinet and Senior Class Officers. School-Wide Stu– dent Council is responsible for many of the school's activities such as Homecoming, Winter Weekend, Spring Weekend and the Valentine's Semi-Formal. The Student Cabinet is comprised of representatives from the many sections of LHS's Student Govern– ment. They meet monthly to discuss important issues which affect the student body. The Senior Class officers plan the many senior class activities such as the magazines drive, ski trip and the senior ball. 183
