Row 2: Craig Mueller, Matt Nugent, Kevin Oowd, David Aman, John Meyer, Coach Jensen. The boy's Cross-country team was one of great suc– cess th1s year. With a hnal record of 6-2. this year's team was ranked 26th rn the New York State hnal poll and 2nd 1n the league. Among some of the outstanding 1nvrtatlonal meets thiS year were plac1ng lSI out of t5 schools at the Guilderland Invitational 1n Albany and taking 7th our of 33 schools at Manhallen College In– VItational 1n New York C1ty This year's team also was awarded 2nd out of 14 schOols at the Class 3 Sec– tlonals and 17th out of 37 schOols at the Stare Federa– tron compelltron at N.YC. Th1s year's most valuable runner went to Dave Aman. Some h.ghllghts from this year's meets were taking 9th place our of 24 teams at the Chenango Invitational and cap– lunng 3rd place out of 39 reams at Manhanan College. W1th the closrng of the season came a 3rd place victory in the sectional meets. Julie Aman, plac1ng 23rd 1n her 2nd year at stare compelltron and frrst team all league, was awarded the MVP award. Sue Andrzejewski, a junior, was given the MIP award.
