The Spanish Musical has become an annual tradition for the students in Spanish IV at Liverpool High School. The tradition began when Mrs. Gowan's students in her Spanish IV class finished a unit. The students did very well. Mrs. Gowan told them for the next unit they could choose what to do. Of course, her students wanted to perform for the school. It was arranged and a success at that. As a consequence, her new students in September came to class asking what play they would do this year. The "Zarzuela" has become a major undertaking for Spanish IV students and Mrs. Gowan. SPanish
