Liverpool High School 1985 Yearbook (Liverpool, NY) - Guest Access

Liverpool High School is a large school with many different parts. In at– tempting to bring these segments together in order to record the school year of 1984-85, we, the year– book staff, confronted a puzzling task. How could we best portray these diverse elements of L.H.S. and still show it to be a unified whole. Then we had it - a puz– zle. L.H.S. is a giant super puzzle with single pieces that interlock to form a gigantic whole. Each individual piece hooks to other individual pieces forming teams and clubs which in turn fit together to form the complete Liverpool High School. We then feel a fitting theme for our 1985 Hiawathan is that of the jigsaw puzzle, a symbol celebrating our in – dividuality and our unity.
