Varsity Club Student Council, an organization which has not been very ac– tive in recent years, has been revived under the guidance of Mr. Gordon Cruikshank. After the election of officers, the first order of business was the drafting of a new constitution, which was speed– ily accepted by the Council. Their activities during the year have included selling refreshments at basketball games, contributing to the A.F.S. fund , maintaining an athletic bulletin board, and pro– moting school spirit. Varsity Club is composed of athletes who have earned letters in their respective sports. These athletes play a major role in main– taining our school's prestige. 185
