If you happened to stay after school one day, casually standing at your locker, and suddenly the sound of footsteps was heard and several guys came thundering toward you with vicious looks on their faces, it wasn't an invasion from Mars. It was the 75-76 wrestling team running their daily practice through the corridor. The 75-76 Varsity Wrestling contingent continued, under the guidance of coach Joe Bellucci, to rack up another impres– sive collection of wins this season . They took second in the league with a 5-1 mark, and an overall9-3 record. This year's team was a mixture of young talent and experienced veterans. Leading the way were seniors: Jack Duncan (17- 1). Rich O'Keefe (14-5), Steve D'Ausillio (10-4), Dave Owens (3-1) before injured, and Brian Schuldeis (10-4). Underclass– men such as the Papazian brothers, Bob and Bill, Heslin brothers Gene and Marty, and heavy weights like John DeMasi, should prove to be a thorn in their op– ponents' side next year. 124
