PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE MR. V. B. PECKHAM. Supervising Principal MISS R. WYCKOFF, Secretary TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CLASS OF 1953: As you go forth from this school, it is my hope that you have ac– quired not only a satisfactory background of practical skills and academic knowledge but that you have also acquired the knowledge and skills of morality, right conduct, good sportsmanship, and good citizenship. As your parents, teachers, and friends have striven to provide for you the best possible education, so may you strive to improve the world in which you live. To you and future generations we look not only for material pro– gress but also for the preservation of the ideals of Freedom and Democracy which we all hold dear. May you, as you go forth, in these troubled times find yourselves equal to the task before you. It is my earnest wish that you may succeed in your various oc– cupations and attain for yourselves and your children the bless– ings of Peace and prosperity. Sincerely, Vivian B. Peckham
