Beers. Not present: W. Denny, P. Ellis, J. Bailey, M. Kohler. The Chorus programs includedChristmas music for the operetta, the annual P. T.A. pro– gram, and the county festival. Using a concert seating arrangement for all rehearsals, the vocal students became better acquainted with the accoustic problem of the auditorium and as a result gave fine concerts throughout the year. The chorus was represented at the State Music Sectional in Middleburgh by Faye New– comb who joined 150 chorus members from 15 schools in a very impressive concert. STRING ENSEMBLE First row: J. Brainard, M. Cater, A. Fancher, L. Becker, L. Buel. Second row: J. Moore, P. Mueller, F. Ermlich, R. Ormsbee, J. DeWitt, F. German, Mr. E. Dahlberg. All students taking a string instrument at one time or another have the chance to play together during the school year. They make recordings at Christmas time.
