Chaminade HS 1962 Yearbook (Dayton, OH) - Guest Access
' D 0 11 The EAGLE staff would like to dedicate the 1962 edition to Brother Thomas Brennan, SM. Bro. Tom is imbedded in the memories of every student as a person, a business man, and a Religious Brother. As a person, Bro. Tom was always warm and full of fun. His sense of humor made him A-OK in the "laughs" division. He was deeply inter– ested in each student as a student and not as a number. As a business man, Bro. Tom shouldered the difficult task of school treasurer with expert precision. With the school striving to tread water financially, he had his fingers on the pulse of all the money problems at Chaminade and instilled confidence by his abilities to handle money in this modern day and age. As a Religious, Bro. Tom celebrated his twenty-fifth anniversary this year. Twenty-five years ago he dedicated his life to the Blessed Virgin and has never taken back a fraction of that contract. His religious nature has impressed upon the minds of all the students the picture of modern sanc– tity. Congratulations, Bro. Tom, on twenty-five years of tireless efforts spent in pursuing the highest ideal imaginable. And so we find it extremely appropriate to dedicate this book to a man with whom we have rubbed elbows all year, and whose abilities we have come to appreciate very much-BROTHER THOMAS BRENNAN, SM.
