Yoliey ball, badminton. kick– hall, basketball. and any other s p o r t that can be squeezed in. Our Joe and Jane League is a bO\ding group \Yhose gro11·th came through the Sports Classes. This con– test brought fo rth much in– terest during the school year, and the final scores for which the contestants \\·orked ve ry hard. are as follows: John Montgomery r87, Sall y Kollus 162, Jim C :\'[orri s I 59, Nancy A.r– baugh 144. Gloria Dell 127. The Sports Classes are made up of girls \Yho arc especially interested in ath– letics, and who ha1e the ability to go with this in– terest. Girls' gym and sports should not be confused as they arc ent irely different in their purpose. Gym fur– nishes exercise, as \1·ell as enjoyment. for all girls of the high school; \\·hereas the girls of the sports classes are trained to enter into the sports field as par– ticipants and as instructors.
