66 Dick P11chuck shows his gre11t t11lent dur ing the v11rsity g11me with Vienn~~. Our Tigers, under the direction of Coach Godward, showed the spirit of a real fight- ing ball club. The team displayed excellent sportsmanship throughout every game this year. Although our boys were young and lack- ed experience, they improved greatly during the season. Ray Stevens, the only returning letter- man, provided the big punch both offen- sively and defensively. He averaged 21 poinfs and 15 rebounds per game. All the boys on this year's team will be returning for another season of action next year. Cliff Phillips successfully blocks 11 shot during the C~~nfiel d v11rsity g11me.
