..MEET CORLISS ARCHER.. FRONT ROW: G. Kuykendall, B. Lewis, J. Cole, H. Angell. SECOND ROW: S. Cox, H. Taylor, J. Suhrstedt, L. McCord. THIRD ROW: D. Shrum and P. Hatfield. "Meet Corliss Archer", a three act comedy was presented to the public on December 2, 1944, andwaswellrcceivedby a full house. The proceeds from "Meet Corliss Archer" were used for improvements on sets, scenery, and make-up. Dramatics is fairly new at Glide, and has been well received by the public and much en– joyed by the students. Mr. Brand did an admirable job as director, and also a ttending to any other JOb which happen– ed to need attention. Dave Shrum and Ken Gibbons spent a lot of time working on sets after school. Linda McCormack prompted the play cast , who spent many long hours after school and of evemngs rehearsing for the final production. "Don't die Corliss, PlcJSC uon't dil: . ..
